Retail Banking - General Banking Officer/Personal Banking Manager/Teller

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored financial solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Proactively identify customer needs and promote retail banking products such as savings/current accounts, personal loans, mortgages, credit cards, and insurance.

Manage daily banking operations including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Handle ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirement

Higher Diploma or above
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent communications skills in Mandarin and English (Knowing Cantonese is an advantage)
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week
At least 1 year of Financial Service/Banking working experience
Holding either an investment (HKSI 1,7,8) or insurance license (IIQE 1, 2, 3)
