Retail Bank - Relationship Manager (up to 100k + incentive)

Duties:

• Perform professional financial analysis and profiling to help customers achieve their goals.

• Build stronger customer relationships through regular market updates, portfolio reviews, and tailored bank solutions.

• Collaborate with Branch Manager/Team Heads to create monthly plans that meet or exceed sales targets and acquire new customers.

• Provide proactive follow-up services to existing customers.

• Acquire new customers and grow portfolios by converting internal and external referral leads.

• Strictly follow all KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• University degree preferred.

• Strong experience in relationship management and business development in banking.

• Holds relevant IIQE and HKSI qualifications.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

• Quick learner of new products and knowledge.

• Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

• Deep knowledge of financial products with sensitivity to market trends.

• Flexible and agile in working to meet bank directions.

• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written).
